Sharp-edged spatula, gripping meat tongs, robust dishwashing sponges – a coated pan has to be able to withstand a lot. The Vulcano Cut Resist from Spring is particularly tough. This is due to the clever construction: a network of slightly raised stainless steel bars covers the non-stick coating like a protective shield. The pan is thus spared drastic experiences, it is resistant to scratches and cuts even after years of use. Crispy fried potatoes, foamy omelettes and juicy sliced meats turn out just like on the first day. The proven 5-layer multi-layer material GLI, which Spring uses in its pans, also contributes to this. It transfers the heat quickly and distributes it evenly throughout the pan. The Vulcano Cut Resist roasts to the point and can also be put in the oven. This is particularly useful if you sear your steak for 1-2 minutes, then season it and finish cooking in the oven. Carry the pan safely to the table with the long, heat-insulated handle. The Vulcano Cut Resist is suitable for all types of stoves including induction.
Material: non-stick coating with raised stainless steel bars. 5-layer multi-layer material with outer layer made of induction-compatible 18/00 stainless steel, inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel and triple aluminum core.
Switzerland – home of our quality
The history of the Spring brand is a chronicle of milestones full of kitchen ideas. The company was founded in 1946, and the Spring brothers have been committed to uncompromising quality and innovation from day one. The focus has always been on the consumer: private and professional chefs who are committed to fine, cultivated and high-quality cuisine. Only when a product has proven itself in tests with kitchen professionals is it launched on the market.
The name Spring is associated with the most versatile ideas that have proven themselves in many kitchens and on many tables to this day. The company’s perfect manufacturing methods also enable the processing of new materials. In 1963, the two-layer material Silinox (silver and stainless steel) and Culinox (copper and stainless steel) went into production. Spring’s image has caught on around the world. The Spring family becomes a licensee to manufacture the groundbreaking multilayer material. A big step forward for every kitchen and the novelty in all of Europe.
